Words Direct is a training and writing business founded by Andy Rigden. Our trainers are all working copywriters with years of experience of training teams and individuals to write.
Our lead trainers
An award-winning copywriter and board-level creative director, Andy has been training clients and junior copywriters to write for over ten years. As well as training recruiters at the BBC, communication teams at Dixons Carphone and sales teams at Maria.com, he has edited and contributed to a book on employer branding.
After running large teams of copywriters and designers as a creative director, Pam founded her own one-woman global copywriting enterprise. She now divides her time between training and writing for leading organisations in the UK, the US and Australia.
Why we’re different
